Mie Aceh is a spicy noodle dish typical of Aceh in Indonesia. Thick yellow noodles with sliced beef, mutton or seafood (shrimp and calamari) served in a soup kind of savory and spicy curry. Mie Aceh available in two types, Aceh Mie Goreng (fried and dry) and Aceh Noodle Soup (soup). Usually sprinkled with fried onions and served with chips, onion chunks, cucumber, and lime.
How to make of Mie Aceh
VEGETABLE MATERIALS-VEGETABLES:
- 1 kg yellow noodles
- ¼ kg Toge
- Kol ¼ fruit
- Mustard 3 bundle
- Cauliflower ½ kg
- Onions Pre 2 sticks
- Sop leaves 2 bunches
- Shrimps ½ kg
- 2 packs of Indomie
- Salt to taste
MATERIALS BUMBU Milled:
- Shallots 8 cloves
- 6 cloves garlic
- Pecan 5 pieces
- Pepper 1 teaspoon (pressed)
- 10 pieces of red chilli
- Tomatoes 2 large pieces
MATERIALS BUMBU Chopping:
- Red onion 4 cloves
- Cucumbers 2 pieces

Saute seasoning
Add onion, shrimp, onion pre, cabbage, collards, cauliflower and salt.
3. Add water as needed.
4. After the vegetables are lightly cooked yellow noodles with indomie enter the
marinade.
After almost cooked add the sprouts and leaves soup
Remove and serve with fried onions, crackers and cucumber melinjo
* if you want to add live crab cooked as you like

The recipe looks really nice and easy. I will try this sometime and if it goes well may be I will suggest to boise seafood to add some new flavors to their restaurant.
